To All Troopers of The 11th ACVVC

My name is Robert McKnight and
I'm proudly serving as a Blackhorse Trooper in
Headquarters and Headquarters Troop 11th ACR. I'm anxiously awaiting our
departure to Washington D.C. I was fortunate enough to be a part of the 100th
Anniversary Reunion in Las Vegas, NV, and I'm looking forward to seeing the
troopers of the Blackhorse past again. You may remember me as the young guy
in the Vietnam Era period uniform from the Las Vegas reunion. I learned so
much at the reunion this past February, and enjoyed talking to each of the
veterans who shared their stories with us. You have no idea what a profound
effect the former Blackhorse troopers had on us younger guys. It was a
wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to learning more this August.
Remember that we keep in mind the thoughts shared with us as we try to
continue the esteemed tradition of the Blackhorse Regiment.
