The new officers/directors effective Jan. 1, 2004 will be: 

President:  Chuck Schmidt;

Vice President: Gene Johnson;

Secretary: Frank Cambria;
Treasurer:  Ollie Pickral;

Directors: Mike Forbes, Allen Hathaway and
the third director is vacant (by Chuck Schmidt, whose position goes for
two more years) that will be filled by the vote of the existing
Officers and Directors.

The 2005 reunion will be in Colorado Springs, CO.
