US Soldiers Receive Floral Welcome From Vietnamese Vietnamese Welcome: A soldier of the US 25th Division smiles as he receives a floral welcome wreath from a South Vietnamese girl. The unit landed earlier this year at Vung Tau, south of Saigon. Additional troops have been sent in to help the South Vietnamese people defend their country against communist aggression.
