All Blackhorse Troopers, family, and friends are invited to participate in
the annual Memorial Day wreath laying at the Wall.

When:       10:00 AM, Monday, 27 May 2002
Where:  Near the Three Soldiers Statue at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial,
Washington, DC
Who:        All Blackhorse Troopers (all eras), family and friends
What:       We will initially gather near the statue of the Three
Soldiers, say a few words, and      then informally carry the wreath to
the apex of the Wall.

Please forward this e-mail to anyone not on the list who might be interested
in participating.  Also, please call anyone who is not on e-mail and let
them know.

As I will be on business travel on Monday, look for Jim Tankovich with the
wreath.
